BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Once you have registered your interest in one of our tours; we will email confirmation of the availability and price of the tour along with an invitation to make a confirmed booking. In order to secure your booking, a 50% deposit of the total cost of your tour is required, except when your booking date is less than one week prior to the tour start date, in which case, 100% of your payment is required. The rest, 50%, will have to be paid up to 30 days before the tour. (Lodges requirement)
Once your down payment is applied, we will email you an invoice to confirm your booking. If you wish to make any changes to your tour once the booking has been made, please inform us via email immediately.
Disclaimer: Pantanal & Rainforests Expeditions reserves the right to alter your itinerary or accommodation preferences in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
Payment: Right now, the payment is done via Paypal, TransferWise.
The final payment (remaining 50% of your payment) The rest, 50%, will have to be paid up to 60 days before the tour.
Cancellation: Should you wish to cancel your tour; please inform us immediately by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org
. The date of your cancellation will be deemed as the date when written notice is received by Pantanal & Rainforests Expeditions . As late cancellations can cost us money; we have a scale of cancellation charges which are based on the decreasing likelihood of a replacement booking being made. It is as follows:
We strongly advice our guests to have a good traveling insurance.
In case of refunding, due to the usual rate fluctuations (that can be very dramatic and harmful) between currencies, we’ll use, as the reference, the rate established at the time of the down payment.
